Plant operator (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Operating the facilities
• Cooperation with the shift manager to ensure a smooth production process
• Taking the initiative to intervene and resolve problems
• If suitable, medium-term further development to shift supervisor possible

Requirements:

• Completed training in the production area or relevant professional experience
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Forklift license including practice
• Dedication and ability to work in a team
• Prudence and initiative

Working hours:

• 3-shift operation with a 5-day week
• (100% night shift allowance)
